Redesigned with high contrast (WCAG AA) and removed over-nesting, allowing users to track status instantly while reducing front-end implementation time.
De-nesting Containers
Addressed visual clutter caused by 3+ layers of nesting in the old UI by using whitespace and high-contrast typography to define relationships. This significantly improved scan speed on the shipment list page.
Engineering-Ready Delivery
Within a two-week sprint, fragmented screens were reconstructed into a system with color, type, and spacing tokens, alongside a library of 19 reusable components with defined variants.
